Quality System Setup

We use the ISO 9001 Quality Standard to setup quality systems. It is important to remember, an organization can comply with the standard to improve its system and not be certified. This is a definite advantage for companies that do not have this expense in the budget.

An assessment is performed to identify what is currently in place. We review, or create a flowchart/process map, list the procedures and forms for each process, write the control, measuring and monitoring procedures, then conduct training sessions.

We recommend using the isoTracker to organize and monitor the system. In order to have an organized and structured quality program, a quality database/tool is absolutely necessary!!

We have used the ISO 9001 standard since 2005. We have experienced the benefits, and understand the key elements that are needed in order to implement a successful quality program.

Quality Audits

Auditing is a part of the quality assurance process. An audit is the systematic, independent, and documented process for obtaining audit evidence, and evaluating it objectively to see if the quality requirements have been fulfilled.

Audits help determine if the quality system is being effective and producing the desired results.

We perform internal audits, 2nd party (supplier) audits, product, process and system audits.

Metrics Reporting

Metrics Reporting â€‹is a service we provide for organizations that must submit performance reports, such as grants, contracts, and federal and state reports. We make sure an organized system is in place to collect the data, and the procedures are written for everyone to follow.

We have been managing the quarterly metrics reporting process for a HUD Certified nonprofit organization since 2009.

Quality Planning

Quality Planning is the process of identifying quality objectives and requirements for a product, process, service, or contract. It includes defining the responsibilities of each person involved, identifying all of the resources, creating an implementation plan, then determining how the results will be measured.

Do you have a new contract, supplier, or project and you want to ensure all of the quality requirements are fulfilled? We work with you and your clients, and suppliers to review the process, and provide the documentation needed so you can be successful. If you don't have a project manager, or cannot afford one, we can organize the project to help your team manage it.

Performance Scorecards

Performance Scorecards are used to monitor progress, over time, toward specific goals identified by organizations. It involves tracking performance by using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Critical Success Measures. The goals and objectives must be defined, establish the stages of performance to meet the goals, use a tool to track the performance, and review the areas that are, or are not, performing.

Education/Training

Educating and Training is a very important part of the quality program. It includes, reviewing and teaching your teams about quality tools, standards, principles, and how to use the quality database. It also includes, reviewing the processes and approved quality documents, identifying the forms or logs that should be used, and what information is required in order to measure and monitor system performance.
